Hi,
We have many users accessing their mails through SMTP/POP3 to Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook and have made necessary configuration in the Router/SMTP tab in the configuration document.
All of them are getting "530 Authentication required" error. This error is encoutered after changing Authentication Options "Name & Password to "Yes" and Anonymous to "No" in the Current Server Document/Ports/Internet Ports/Mail/SMTP Inbound tab.
